sussex, surrey + london
I love telling the story of people through pictures.
I’ve been working as a photographer for over 10 years, and have photographed hundreds of wonderful people.
I like to create beautiful, natural photographs that help you remember the magic moments between you and your family.
natural family photos
a little about me
Hey I’m Jordan. I’m 28 and live in Horsham, West Sussex with my wife Siobhan, daughter Bonnie and our white fluffy dog Crumble.
I grew up in a house full of camera equipment. My dad was a photographer and some of my earliest memories are spending evenings in his homemade darkroom. I got my first digital camera when I was 15 and from then don’t think I ever considered doing anything else.
I went on to study Fashion Photography at the London College of Fashion and from there went to work for Getty Images, where I’ve been shooting sport for the last 7 years.
Just over a year ago, Siobhan and I had our first child, and of corse, our world changed immeasurably. Suddenly family just became everything to me, and realised I wanted to spend more time on the thing I loved most in the world.
After being asked to do some family photos for a friend, I had a quick look around what was being offered, and it was mostly just cheesy posed portraits that felt stiff and emotionless. What I wanted to see was the real authentic feeling, emotions and reactions between mums, dads and their kiddies. And that’s what I’ve tried to aim to do ever since. For me, these are the things that are most important, and the moments we want to remember forever.
In my spare time, I like to ride my bike, take long dog-walks through the woods, and fulfill my duties as official photographer to my daughter Bonnie.

q. how long do shoots last?
a. there’s no set time – I don’t like to set time limits so we don’t feel like we have to rush, but I’ve found that around an hour is a good balance to capture enough before the kiddies get too tired.
q. what do we get?
a. around an hours shoot, and a password protected gallery of between 70-100 individually edited pictures for you to download and share as you wish!
q. can we get prints?
a. sure, I can do prints in any size, so just let me know what you’d like, and I can do it.
q. what if the weather’s bad?
a. if we’ve arranged to shoot outside and it rains on the day, we can re-arrange, it’s no problem. However, rain pictures can be fun, and if you still want to do it anyway, I don’t mind getting a bit wet if you don’t!
q. how long does it take to get the pictures
a. i try and get your pictures to you the next day!
“I genuinely have no words. I’m completely speechless, how something as simple as a stroll in the woods can be captured so beautifully! I can’t even begin to tell you how much those photos mean to me! Jordan, thank you so so much! For your time, your skills and how comfortable you made me and the kids feel! My kids genuinely had the best afternoon! I really hope they are what you were after, I’m absolutely in love with them.”
